This month, we are diving into menstrual health with guest speaker Sesheta Tafari, who will walk us through understanding the menstrual cycle, what is considered normal, and what may be signs to pay closer attention to. She will also share insight on PCOS, common symptoms, and how hormonal imbalances can impact your training, mood, and overall well-being.
