David Reveles – Certified in Meditation, Breathwork, Yoga, Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness, and he is a professional Jiu-Jitsu Artist. David is available for Individual, Group, and Corporate Meditation/Mindfulness/Breathwork Guided Sessions, as well as Organizational Wellness Programming for all types of professions. The sessions will include a 5-10min yoga stretch and warm up to loosen the body and rid ourselves of excess or stale energy. This allows us tame the body and then use breathwork to create the mind-body connection and self-regulate. We will survey different breathwork styles and learn how they differ and when to use what. Once we are primed and ready, we easily enter the meditation. The meditation will be guided and easy to follow. We may use breathwork or light yoga during meditation to sustain the meditation. Finally, we come to closure, dedication and reviewing of our intention and how to carry our practice with us after we depart.
