Growing Your Garden

We are back for another sober event on the 16th April at Palm 2.
This time with the arrival of Spring we are running a workshop on Growing your Garden. We will look at what we choose to cultivate in our life, the seeds we are planting and what we can do to take care of them. Expect a little bit of mindfulness, some creativity and as usual lots of time for discussion and to connect!
Let's get our hands dirty, W**d out what we don't need and plant something we can enjoy and watch grow with the changing seasons. PS this is really a workshop about your dreams and cultivating them!
As always no pressure or expectations, just one rule: come sober!
Price: £8 to cover the costs of materials and workshop + £4 to cover the costs of someone else's ticket.
