Growing Up ADHD is a two-hour, face-to-face course designed to help you make sense of what’s really happening beneath the behaviour, without shame, blame or pressure to fix your child.
We look at ADHD through a whole-life lens. That means understanding executive function, nervous system regulation, sensory needs, emotional intensity and environmental demands, not just behaviour in isolation.
Together, we explore:
Why ADHD is a difference in development, not a lack of effort
What meltdowns, avoidance and “not listening” are actually communicating
How constant correction impacts confidence and identity
Why transitions, routines and unstructured time can feel so hard
How to scaffold support in ways that work with ADHD brains
This session is interactive, reflective and practical. You’ll map your child’s unique “spiky profile”, explore the ADHD Iceberg, and leave with a clearer understanding of where support helps most.
