This spring, you’re invited to slow down, get your hands in the soil, and reconnect with the rhythm of the season through a guided, beginner-friendly seedling planting experience.
If you’ve been wanting to start your own herb or greens garden but didn’t know where to begin — this workshop is for you.
We’ll keep things simple and approachable as you’re guided step-by-step through planting your own seeds. You’ll choose from a curated selection of easy-to-grow, organic herbs and leafy greens like chives, parsley, cilantro, mint, basil, dill, oregano, thyme, arugula, mustard greens, kale, spinach, and lettuces — all perfect for beginners.
Each guest will create their own seedling tray to take home, along with simple guidance to help you care for and nurture your mini garden — whether you have a small space, balcony, or are just getting started.
We’ll also gather over a fresh spring herb quinoa salad and sip on a nourishing herbal tea, bringing the experience full circle.
