femm is a slow sensual space to reconnect with yourself. Each monthly session begins with a new focus, a short drop-in and journaling to anchor your intention. From there we move into guided somatic movement, breathwork, and meditation.
This is a space to explore your feminine energy.
No performance.
No pressure.
Just you, your breath and your body.
