Spring transplanting with Mr. Willie!

Join Detroit’s oldest farmer for a transplanting workshop at his farm on the Eastside of Detroit. This workshop will include a tour of his farm which he’s set-up and stewarded for over 10 years. With over 85 years of farming experience, Mr. Willie will teach the old and the young about the life cycle of plants and how to move them from the seedling stage into the soil. Bring a great attitude, gloves, water bottle, and any garden tools you want to have a great time at this workshop!
