About this Event
Brice’s Heart is a kid-led community service initiative focused on teaching youth compassion through action.
Inspired by a simple conversation about helping people who may not have access to food, Brice asked his mom a powerful question:
"Can we help feed people who don’t have food?"
From that moment, Brice’s Heart was born.
On Saturday, April 18, youth volunteers and community members will come together at Considine to assemble and distribute 50–100 care packages for neighbors experiencing homelessness.
Each care package will include:
• A bagged lunch
• Bottled water
• Snacks and fruit
• Hygiene essentials
• A handwritten kindness note from a child participant
This event is about more than providing meals — it’s about teaching the next generation the power of compassion, community service, and leadership.
Volunteers will help:
• Assemble bagged lunches
• Pack hygiene kits
• Write kindness cards
• Organize care packages
• Assist youth participants
• Help distribute meals to neighbors in need
Children are encouraged to participate and help lead the service experience.
This initiative is designed to help youth understand the importance of giving back and supporting members of our community.
We are currently seeking support from community members and local businesses.
Ways you can help:
• Volunteer your time
• Donate food or hygiene items
• Sponsor meals for individuals in need
Even small contributions can make a meaningful impact.
A small group of volunteers will assist with preparation and lunch packing on Friday prior to the event. Details will be shared with registered volunteers.
