I will use various hand drums and go around to each person and drum close to the body. The vibrations of the drums help you achieve deep relaxation and break stagnant energy and traumas we hold in our body! This is an amazing transformative and powerful experience that I am happy to share with everyone!
What to Bring:
Please bring a blanket, pillow, eye covering, yoga mat, or whatever makes you most comfortable. Chairs, mat, and blankets are available if needed.
