Spring does not force, it flows.
This month is about releasing resistance in the body, the mind, and the stories that have kept you bracing instead of breathing. Resistance shows up as tight shoulders, overthinking, control, procrastination, self doubt. Freedom begins the moment you soften your grip.
Flow into Freedom is an embodied experience designed to help you move stuck energy, reconnect with your rhythm, and consciously choose expansion.
Through intentional movement, guided breathwork, and immersive sound healing, you will create space where contraction once lived.
You are not here to push harder.
You are here to open wider.
💫 What You’ll Experience
We’ll begin with a guided movement workshop exploring flow, rhythm, and release. Katie will lead you through intentional movement patterns designed to gently dissolve resistance in the body and awaken your natural expression. This is not about performance. It is about permission.
Then we will transition into a powerful breathwork journey. Through connected conscious breathing, we will regulate the nervous system, clear emotional residue, and create spaciousness where tension once lived.
We’ll close with an immersive sound healing experience to integrate, soften, and anchor the freedom you have unlocked.
Breath opens.
Sound integrates.

🧺 What to Know Before You Come
• Wear loose, comfortable clothing
• Bring a journal and pen
• Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering optional
• Avoid eating 30 minutes before breathwork
• Arrive by 9:50 AM CST to create your space
• Come ready to be seen, supported, and to fully claim the version of you that is ready to rise
