About this Event
A four-part series to help you shift from stuck to inspired in the kitchen.
In each class, we’ll dive into a different foundational dish and explore creative ways to transform it into a variety of meals. You’ll discover new favorite foods that help you feel great in your body. Along the way, you’ll build skills, gain confidence, and learn how to save time in the kitchen. Best of all, we’ll do it together–in community–with playfulness, compassion, and support.
This is also a different kind of cooking class.
We’re going to go deeper. Together, we’ll explore the underlying reasons why you aren’t cooking as much as you’d like, as well as the hopes and goals driving your desire for change. By addressing these common obstacles and tapping into your personal motivators, you’ll leave feeling inspired and empowered to make a lasting, transformational shift.

What’s Included:
- 4 cooking classes (2.5 hours each, including cooking time + a group dinner and discussion at the end of each evening to celebrate
- A 30 minute, one-on-one coaching call to discuss your personal challenges & goals
- A bonus recipe in between each class to continue building on what you’ve just learned

Level:
Beginner to novice home cooks looking to become more free and comfortable in the kitchen.

3) Soup Therapy - for body & mind
4) The Wide World of Salads - hearty entree salads to light, quick sides
We’ll focus on knife skills, cooking techniques, time management, flavor combinations and creative ways to transform each dish into a variety of meals. The mood will be light, playful, supportive, and encouraging.
The Food:
* Our cooking will be rooted in a Mediterranean style diet - whole foods, plant forward, lean meats (or vegetarian), and organic ingredients with vibrant flavors that pop.
* I can support most diets & food restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, allergies, etc…)
* You'll unlock a new range of amazing meals that help you feel great in your body without guilt or shame
