Grounding Hatha Yoga for the Mind & Body
Come and join us for a Mindful Hatha Yoga practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset.
This gentle class blends grounding breathwork, mindful movement, meditation, and relaxation to help you feel more connected within yourself, more flexible in your body, and calmer in your mind.
We will begin with grounding breathwork and meditation to settle the nervous system and arrive fully in the present moment, before moving through a mindful Hatha yoga practice focused on awareness, ease, and connection. The class will finish with a deeply relaxing savasana, leaving you feeling restored, balanced, and refreshed.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
The class will be held at the beautiful ZenW2 Yoga studio, where yoga mats and blocks will be provided.
All you need to bring is yourself and comfortable clothing you can move in.
