About this Event
Whether you used to dance or have never been to a dance class before in your life you will be right at home in grooovy breaths. This class includes a instuctor led stretch and warm up, a fun and easy dance combo, and closes with a guided loving kindness meditation.
The goal of this class is to let go of fear and self doubt to replace it with confidence and self love. We all deserve to feel good in our bodies and to move freely. <3
What to bring:

- footware: tennis shoes, socks, or bare feet

Nicole is a former competitive dancer for over 10 years and a certified mindfulness meditation teacher. She combines her passion for dance with her education in mindfulness to create a class that is one of a kind.
