About this Event
At times the volume and magnitude of change can feel overwhelming. Without strategies to manage the intensity, it can be difficult to “turn your brain off,” potentially leading to stress, muscle tension, headaches, restlessness and trouble sleeping. Worse, the situation can result in new, or exacerbations of existing, depression, anxiety and problematic substance use. Metrocare has been in the business of helping with mental health and wellness for nearly 60 years. CEO John Burruss will engage in a discussion with Katie Robbins to help distinguish between stress and disorder while offering strategies to help deal with these trying times.
Featured Speakers:
- John Burruss, M.D., Chief Executive Office, Metrocare Services
- Katie Robbins, President & CEO, Hoblitzelle Foundation
