How it works
An event by M0VE Sports Care
In collaboration with Beyond Personal Trainers (gym partner) and Stronger (wear partner)
GRIT is a high-intensity race experience that blends running and functional fitness across the city.
You’ll start in small waves for a smooth experience. Just you, your pace, and the challenge ahead.
Inside the gym, you’ll take on a professionally designed strength and conditioning circuit, guided by coaches and built to push your limits. Then you'll get outside for another 2-mile run, where fatigue kicks in and the real test begins.
You’ll finish with two more workout stations, each featuring different movements and challenges—but all demanding the same intensity and focus.
Cross the finish line having earned every step, with recovery, community energy, and a strong sense of accomplishment waiting for you. The GRIT through the city will take approx. 2hrs, followed by community hangout with post workout fuel, drinks, maximum smiles & DJ.

Info: – Workout 1 (Time cap: 20 min)
– Followed by ~2 mile run. Your Wave, Your Race | 10 athletes every 20 minutes. No queues, no crowds. Pure execution from the first second.
02 | RUN | ~2 Miles Through Amsterdam
Info: City streets as your warm-up track. Run to the first gym and feel the city under your feet.
03 | GYM 2 | Kerkstraat 303a
Info: – Workout 2 (Time cap: 30 min)
– Followed by ~2 mile run. A Beyond Personal Training -programmed strength and conditioning circuit. Coaches on the floor, intensity dialed up.
04 | RUN | Back Into The Streets
Info: Another ~2 miles. Lungs burning, legs working, mind locked. This is where GRIT really starts.
05 | GYM 3 | Hogelandplein 1a
Info: – Workout 3 (Time cap: 30 min) Distinct movements at each station. Different challenges, same relentless standard.
06 | FINISH | Cross The Line
Info: MOVE recovery products waiting at the finish. Community energy. You've earned every bit of it.
