In collaboration with The Swap Club, Youplant Amsterdam brings you a plant-filled afternoon to connect, create, and share. 🌿

11.00 - 12.30 - Kokedama workshop (optional)
Beginning of the Community Day:
14.00-14.30: Plants drop off
14.30 -15.15: Speed Friending / Networking
15.15 -16.00: Plant swap (in collaboration with The swap Club)
16.00 -16.30: Plant lottery
🌿 How the Plant swap works:
âś” Bring Your plants, cuttings, pots, plant accessories.
âś” Drop Off Your Items :Item check-in happens during the event, first 30 min (14.00 - 14.30)
âś” Earn Points : Your items are assessed on-site and points are added to your digital wallet via a personal QR code.
✔ Swap & Enjoy : Use your points to “shop” for new-to-you plants—and take home what you love!
âś” Keep Swapping: Your unused points stay in your wallet and can be used at future events.
How the Speed Friending/Networking works:
âś” You will have the chance to sit and talk for another event participant for 3-4 min. In case you don't know what to talk about, there will be cards on the table that would help the conversation.
âś” Every 3-4 min, you will switch table and you will talk with another person. You will have the chance to speak with around 15 people.
What does the ticket include:
- A free drink of your choice (if you are coming both for the workshop and the community afternoon you are entitled one drink)
- One lottery ticket
- Access to the plant swap
- Access to the networking moment
