About this Event

We are all feeling the heaviness. It scary, infuriating, depressing, overwhelming… And we don’t have to hold it alone. Let us come together.

We will gather in sacred ceremonial space, to share and be witnessed in our emotional process around the collective unfolding.

Your fear, your rage, your desperate cries, your wails and tantrums are welcome here.

We will hold a sacred circle, holding sacred witness for the truth of each person's experience as we navigate these turbulent and devasting times.

There is so much to greive and feel, and be angry about... the slaying of the old growth trees, the abuse of children, the corruption of our institutions, the existential threat of AI, the 2030 agenda, the destruction of the amazon rainforest, the poisoning of the water, the addictions, the wars, the lies, the genocide... the list goes on.

And it is too much to hold inside. And we can't just numb our way out of this catastrophe...so this special evening, is dedicated as a space to feel and honor the truth of it all and how it is impacting our hearts and spirits. To face it, to allow it to move through us, rather than weigh us down like the weight of a thousand bricks and paralyze us.

We will feel it together. We will allow ourselves to greive, to yell, to weep.

Hannah will guide the group through emotional release tools and best practices, to support you in your process while helping to keep the group safe and contained. We will incorporate practices to help support our nervous system throughout as well as after the group processing.

My prayer is that we will leave feeling lighter, with more access to our hope, joy and solidarity. That we may gain access to fresh insights around how we can support the healing of our world. That we may feel less alone, and more held, seen and supported in our process. That we may help to transmute and clear some of the stagnation held within the collective pain body, and unfreeze any parts of ourselves that need to come on line at this time. That we may regain access to our sacred power, our boundaries, and stand strong in our prayers for the world.
