Welcome to the Grief and Well-Being Circle at Magnolia Yoga and Healing Arts!
Led by Katey Peck
Join us in a special gathering to tend to our grief. This 90-minute offering will weave together a gentle yoga practice, guided meditation, sharing circle, and sound bath.
All griefs are welcome. Whether you are holding the death of a beloved, processing a life transition, feeling overwhelmed by the state of the world, or working through another form of loss, there is space for all our griefs to gather and be seen.
Please bring a small item to add to our shared altar space (you will get to take this home with you). You are also welcome to bring a notebook – there won’t be scheduled journaling time, but some people like to process in this way. Mats and props will be provided.
