About this Event
Come join us for a really special evening of slowing down, tuning in, and reconnecting. This experience is a blend of sound healing, gratitude, and journaling — created to help you soften, reflect, and shift your energy as we begin moving out of the heaviness of winter and into the season of new beginnings.
We’ll start with a guided gratitude journaling session, with simple prompts to help you drop in and reflect. To notice what’s supporting you, what’s carried you through, and what you want to hold onto as the season changes.
After journaling, you’ll settle into a deeply calming sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, flute, and other soothing instruments. The vibrations will help quiet the mind, release tension, and create space for your body to relax — so you can fully receive the feeling of gratitude from the inside out.
If you’ve been craving a reset, a little emotional warmth, or simply an hour to breathe and come back to yourself, this is for you.
