ABOUT THE BOOK
Work with your shadows from a shamanistic point of view with Granddaughter Crow's four-step system.
Organized by the four cardinal directions and the animal guides associated with each one—raven, snake, owl, and wolf—this book helps you find the beauty within your shadow without fear or shame. Each of the four main chapters features a variety of ways to explore each direction and animal through guided meditation and trance work.
Discover stories, exercises, and journal prompts that enhance your journey. Delve into the shadow medicine wheel; study how the time of day, season, and landscape impact your experiences; and use tools that become extensions of yourself. Granddaughter Crow provides everything you need to approach, recognize, understand, and accept your shadow.
