About this Event
The ACF DC welcomes renowned Austrian pianist Gottlieb Wallisch for the concert “Pianistic Impressions from Vienna”.
This piano recital features a remarkable selection of works by four distinguished Austrian composers. Alongside the “classics” Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756-1791) and Franz Schubert (1797-1828) are two Viennese composers who found exile in the USA: Arnold Schönberg (1874-1951), the groundbreaking innovator of modern music, and Wilhelm Grosz (1894-1939), one of the most versatile talents known for blending classical and jazz influences.
You can find more information on our website.
The event will be followed by a wine reception.
