Join a FREE workshop with a registered dietitian and occupational therapist to learn about strategies for stress-free mealtimes!
This online workshop is for parents and caregivers of children one to five years of age in Alberta, Canada.
You will join other parents to learn about the various reasons behind mealtime struggles* and gain strategies that best fit your child and family to help make mealtimes happy times!

This session will be held on Zoom. You can join on a computer, tablet or smart phone.

*Suitable for parents of children who do not have complex medical/feeding concerns or extensive feeding intervention
