Introducing Solid Foods - Thurs 18 July 13:30 -14:30, via Microsoft Teams

This Introducing Solid Foods session will run on 18th July at 1.30pm and will be delivered virtually via 'Microsoft Teams'. Your link to join the session will be sent to you 48 hours prior to the session starting.

NHS guidelines recommend introducing solid foods to your baby around 6 months. Join us when your baby is 4-6 months old so you can prepare early, know the signs your baby is ready for food and get information in line with NHS guidelines as you prepare for this exciting new stage.

To take part you will need a smartphone, tablet or laptop.
