Our approach
Our approach is to get you practising for common scenarios with actors and teach you the standard tricks and norms when socialisng.
Our 8-session course is designed people who just don't feel that comfortable talking to people. Backed by peer-reviewed social science and psychology research, this course offers a comprehensive approach to understanding and practicing social skills. If you struggle with low social confidence, feel you lack basic social skills and awareness, or find the world of socializing stressful and insecure, this course is for you.
Through interactive learning and practice, we'll run through typical social norms in different settings, help you feel less anxious, and provide opportunities to practice in a supportive environment. Our sessions feature guest speakers and professional actors to facilitate real-life social interactions.

Each session is an hour and a half long and there is an informal dinner after the course, together with a drinks to get to know each other at the beginning of the course.
