✨ Gong, Sound Bath & Guided Art Therapy Workshop✨
Join us for a restorative and therapeutic workshop combining guided art therapy and sound healing, designed to support emotional wellbeing, reflection and connection.
This session offers a structured yet gentle space to slow down, tune inward and explore your inner experience through both creative expression and sound.
We begin with a guided art therapy process led by a qualified Art Therapist. Through image-making, you’ll be invited to explore and express what is present for you using colour, shape and imagery. This might include emotions, sensations, memories or abstract forms. The focus is not on artistic skill, but on using creativity as a tool for reflection, processing and self-understanding.
From there, you’ll be guided into a 45-minute sound bath using crystal bowls, gong and percussion instruments. This part of the session supports the nervous system to settle, helping the body move out of stress response and into a more restful, regulated state, allowing space to integrate the creative process.
This session has been designed to make practices like art therapy more accessible, offering a guided experience within a welcoming, community-focused space, alongside the restorative benefits of sound.
Why Art Therapy and Sound?
Combining art therapy and sound creates a continuous, supported process, moving from expression into rest and integration.
Together, these approaches can support:
• Nervous system regulation and deep rest
• Emotional processing in a safe and guided way
• Increased self-awareness and reflection
• Creative expression as a non-verbal form of communication
• A sense of connection through shared group experience
Working in a group setting can also help reduce feelings of isolation and support a greater sense of belonging, which is an important part of overall wellbeing.
What to expect
• A facilitated art therapy process led by a qualified Art Therapist
• A 45-minute guided sound bath
• Gentle guidance throughout, with space for personal reflection
• Optional opportunities for sharing within the group
• A calm, welcoming and inclusive environment
• Refreshments provided
No artistic experience is needed, just a willingness to explore.
All material provided.
