Join us under the auspicious gateway of the Dark Moon for an intimate, candlelit Gong and Reiki Sound Ceremony.
The ceremony will open with an acknowledgement of the New Moon and the setting of our intentions as we enter into it.
Working with the transformative energy of the Gong, you will be immersed in the sonic vibrations of sound as it guides you on an inner journey. Lola works with sound and shamanism in unison, open to the intention that is directed by Spirit. Please be aware deep healing can arise, so the experience can be emotive as well as restorative.
Using the sound bath to amplify the power of the reiki energy, Isy will gradually work her way around the group, providing a mini, individual reiki treatment.
We will close the circle with a warm herbal tea and a chance to meaningfully return to our intentions set at the beginning of the ceremony.
Please bring blankets, pillows and anything you need to feel comfortable and fully supported. Yoga Mat and eye mask will be provided.
The ceremony will take place at Hozho Wellness. Spaces are limited.
All are welcome, no experience needed. However not suitable for pregnancy in the first trimester or for those who wear a pacemaker. Rest and hydration afterwards is highly recommended.
