It can be scary though. I get it. And, there are always things to do that seem more important somehow.
And yet. What if you never find out?
You are curious - how will it feel to get to that breakthrough, to relax into it.
Magic happens when you give yourself this space, and open up and play.
And you don’t have to do it alone. I am a kick ass, experienced and gentle guide. I know how it feels to reconnect with creativity, and why it matters, and how you definitely CAN do it, and love it. I will be there and a host of other amazing friends to be on that journey with you.
Maybe you are a little afraid of what will happen? I mean, how it will be? Will it be worth it? Can you justify it? Will you be good enough?
All these thoughts and more battle to stop you from thinking painting is for you.
BUT, I’ve got you. I have been there and I have seen it so very many times.
OUTLINE OF THE DAYS
We begin with getting to know each other and the space. We set specific intentions and jump straight into jumping into big canvases (it's not as scary as you think), we paint in layers throughout the day really focusing on enjoying the process rather than the outcome. We have plenty of breaks and a vegan lunch provided alongside snacks. We often take a walk to Lawrence art supplies and do some art shopping.
The second day is far more freedom, led by you but a similar schedule to the first day. At the end of the weekend you will leave with your two large paintings and a renewed creative enthusiasm. We finish up with a reflection about the journey you've been on.
INTRODUCING WILD PAINTING
Wild Painting is a revolutionary path towards creative expression and abundance, accessible to those who feel the call .
It is not about skill, and - crucially - it is not about painting what is in front of you or recreating something you see in your head. It is a way of painting that side steps all that. Using acrylics and painting in layers, it allows you to loosen up, to learn to let go and play with paint, allowing the painting to emerge.
It is not another thing for you to try and do perfectly. In fact, you just can’t get it wrong. (not that this stops your brain from thinking these things, but we work on that!)
It is a journey into personal and creative transformation. Let go of your expectations, embrace the joy of painting and see the benefit in all areas of your life and business.
