We bring you gentle guided GONG BATH MEDITATIONS as we work with the alchemising effects of the natural environment and the WHISPERS of the TREES.

We bring you an afternoon of deep relaxation, rejuvenation and growth as we gently explore the interconnectedness of the natural world, the ecosphere and trees. With deep structures crossing landscapes unseen, an intricate web known as `wood wide web' is facilitated by a network fungi or mycelium, a silent language that breathes alongside the extraordinary life-giving properties of the sun
Different trees represent different aspects of life, love and living and they all bring grounding and stability. Powerful and filled with wisdom, trees remain the quiet guardians of the earth that stand as silent witnesses to the passing of time. When life feels chaotic go to the trees, sitting beneath its canopy will connect you to the earth whilst reaching for the light of the sun which will energise and uplift.
Sundays will continue to be a time and space to re-boot, to just chill out, breathe, and recalibrate your senses!

Therapeutic Sound has the amazing capacity to soothe, calm, quieten the mind, and triggers your body's own ability to self-regulate and heal. The sound frequencies and vibrations emitted will bathe your mind, body and soul back toward a greater state of wellness and equilibrium. Sound works with intention - the meditations will serve to aid you in finding clarity of intention.

Precautionary Guidelines
- The sessions are usually for adults only, unless otherwise stated at individual events.
- Not advisable during pregnancy within the first 3 months and the last 3 months.
- If you have a pre-existing illness or metal implants (pins, screws, pacemaker etc) please ensure you consult your GP before attending. The sounds may resonate the metal or change the rhythm of a pacemaker.
- Recent surgery – within the last 6 six weeks.
- If you have a history of serious psychological/mental disturbance, please consult your GP before attending.
- Any condition that is sound sensitive can be triggered by sound – tinnitus, Ménière’s disease, epilepsy,
- We make no claims to cure, diagnose or give guarantees.

Booking Guidelines
- Please check the above precautions before booking
- Kindly arrive on time so as not to disturb the class. NO ENTRY once class commences.
- Booking in advance is advised to avoid disappointment
- Under 16's must be accompanied by a responsible adult
- I'm afraid no refunds for non-attendees or latecomers.
- Please switch off phones during the sound bath.
- NO REFUNDS, but you can defer to the next one.
