Step into the magical realm of my Secret Soul Sanctuary by the woods! It is a safe haven in the heart of South London, where I invite you to join me for a sunset evening Gong Meditation / Sound Journey.
I offer a nurturing and balanced journey through both dark and light aspects of our being. In the darkness, when the deep bassey vibrations are felt deep within our bodies, we find a safe space to release pent-up emotions and past traumas, allowing healing to unfold. As the gong's shimmering higher vibrations and overtones lead us towards the light, we experience a sense of peace, renewal, and clarity. The interplay of dark and light within the journey brings emotional catharsis and inner illumination, leaving you with a renewed sense of wholeness and harmony. It's a transformative experience that embraces the entirety of your soul's journey, leading to a deeper connection with your true self. Many participants report coming out of a session with me free of a previous anxiety state, with clarity on issues that they had been stuck on and leaving with a lightness that was not present before for them.
🎶 What is a Gong Journey (also known as ‘Gong Bath’)? 🎶
A Gong Journey or Bath is a unique and ancient form of sound therapy where participants usually lie down and are bathed in the resonant frequencies of gongs and other soothing instruments. The celestial tones wash over you, enveloping your senses, and gently guiding your mind into a state of deep relaxation and brainwaves entrained into a meditation state. The vibrations also work on a cellular level within the body, aiding self healing and repair, releasing tension and promoting a profound sense of peace and harmony within.
Arrivals from 7.45 for an 8pm start to your sound journey (no admissions after 8pm), there is time to use the facilities while you settle in, after the approx 45-50 min journey I will then invite a short share from anyone who would like to in this safe space (no obligation), before you float off by 9.15pm to carry on your evening, or straight to bed!.
All genders are wholeheartedly welcome in my nurturing space for this evening event so please do bring a partner if you'd like to (however it does tend to be mostly women that book and attend). Whilst I hold many Sister circles, I believe in the power of inclusivity and the collective strength it can bring to some gatherings. All humans need healing but traditionally men do need a little more encouragement to join in these spaces. I will in the future hold women only sessions also if I am given encouragement to do so (for those that are currently living/presenting as and have gone through puberty as female), and I am happy to arrange private small group sessions, and private single sessions on request. Please make sure you are booking on the correct date for you.

Unfortunately as space is very limited on these occasions I can't allow transfers or refunds, but please let me know if you can't attend and I will attempt to sell another space if it is sold out, (I will open a waiting list on Eventbrite to facilitate this) and if successful I will be able to refund you minus Eventbrite fees.
