Golden Reflections is a thoughtfully curated sunset yoga experience honoring social work professionals during Social Work Month. Set against the serene backdrop of the waterfront in the heart of Freedom Park, this intimate gathering offers space to breathe deeply, move gently, and reconnect with the quiet strength that sustains your work.
Through mindful flow and reflective stillness lead by Mindy, founder of Sanara Mind and Body, we pause together not only to celebrate the profession, but to nourish the professionals behind it.
