About this Event
Join us at The Holding Space for a guided meditation incorporating gentle movement designed to help you slow down, tune into your body and breath, and reconnect with your own creativity, strength, and intuition.
No yoga or meditation experience is necessary to join.
As always, events at The Holding Space are designed to nurture meaningful connection—with others and within yourself. You’re warmly invited to come as you are, whether on your own or with a friend.
Because of space and time limitations, we’ll be keeping things simple this time—while we won’t have food, we’ll have drinks available for you to enjoy.
The space will be open for you from 6:30–8:30 PM, with time to arrive and settle in. We’ll begin our meditation and movement practice together at 7:00 PM.
Meditation and movement will be led by Katie Johnson. Katie is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor-Associate at MIG Counseling and a Registered Yoga Teacher.
