Get hands-on with Marco and learn to make pillowy gnocchi from scratch, the way his Nonna taught him in Abruzzo, Italy.
?? Make two batches of gnocchi:
? Potato gnocchi (same for everyone) including standard + filled
? A second batch with fun flavour options like beetroot, pumpkin, spinach, or ricotta
✨ You’ll learn how to adjust the recipe for different veggies and tastes, plus pick up plenty of Italian kitchen tips along the way.
? Wear comfy clothes (flour happens) + closed-in shoes
?️ Our Farmers Market will be on, so arrive early for a wander and fresh produce
