Gnocchi Making Masterclass with Marco Feb 2026

Join Marco to learn how to make delicious fresh gnocchi from scratch. Marco will share with you how he learnt how to make simple fresh pasta, just how his nonna taught him. You'll get hands on experience making your very own fresh gnocchi and learn how to adjust your recipe for different vegetables and tastes.
You will make two batches of gnocchi. The first is made with potatoes and will be identical for everybody. These will be standard and filled gnocchi. The second batch will contain other vegetables such as beetroot, pumpkin or spinach, or cheese like ricotta.
Marco comes from Abruzzo, in central Italy. He brings with him the passion and love for his heritage food. He loved watching his nonna making pasta for the whole family and sharing the meal all together. He is very enthusiastic and he’s looking forward to welcome people and share his skills.
We love hands on learning! Wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting flour on and closed in shoes as you'll be in the kitchen.
Our weekly farmer's market will be in full swing during your workshop, so it's worth arriving a little early to check out the stalls and maybe buy some fresh produce.
