In this 4-hour interactive class, you’ll dive into the art, science, and soul of pizza — Neapolitan style, gluten-free edition!
You’ll learn how to:
- Understand the history of pizza and the difference between flour types (and gluten-free alternatives!)
- Master hydration and fermentation for a soft, airy crust
- Mix and knead dough by hand – no mixer needed
- Stretch and shape your own pizza like a pro
- Balance toppings for authentic Italian flavor
- Bake at home using a standard electric oven
