Glow&Grow Galentines Red Light Pilates

Join Lammy for a 45-minute red light mat Pilates session delivered in collaboration with Bon Charge. The class is suitable for all levels, with modifications offered throughout. After the mat Pilates session, you’ll enjoy a stretch wearing red light therapy face masks (optional) to support relaxation and recovery.

We will then enjoy açaí bowls and matcha from The Açaí Hut, and connect with like-minded women in a relaxed, uplifting atmosphere!
