About this Event
Join us for a Chinese paper cutting workshop in our Food & Drink Studio to celebrate Lunar New Year. The traditional art of paper cutting, known as ‘JianZhi,' has been officially listed as one of the earliest intangible cultural heritage of China, often practised for Lunar New Year celebrations and weddings.
During this one hour session, you’ll be guided through classic techniques to create your own paper cut design. A wonderful introduction to this centuries old craft, the event also features tea and biscuits for you to enjoy.
This workshop will last one hour and is open to guests aged 18 and over.
