FLOW. FLUORO. FUNK.🧘🏻‍♀️Get ready to flow for 90 minutes of yummy yoga, fused with the perfect soundtrack by a live DJ, set in one of the city's most iconic venues.

Kitted out in our glow gear, we'll start with a breathing practice (Pranayama) and sense withdrawal (Pratyahara) then we'll warm up as we flow through some delicious Asana and end with a blissful guided meditation and Savasana
⚠️⚠️⚠️IMPORTANT : Please bring a yoga mat & wear your whitest, brightest yoga gear for full UV effect! Feel free to bring props (blocks/straps/bolsters etc.) ⚠️⚠️⚠️

Classes are suitable for all abilities, from absolute beginners to daily yogis. Please advise the teacher of any injuries they should be aware of and if we have any babies on board at the start of the practise.

T&CS : Please note! - Please arrive at 3.45pm- Please prebook your ticket - spaces are limited!- REFUNDS will only be accepted if we have to move or cancel the event. If you cannot attend, or you are refused entry, sadly you will not be able entitled to a refund.- We take photos at our events for social media and promotional purposes.
