The multi-sensory respite, which segues from day to dusk, blends breathwork, movement and sound healing against the picturesque backdrop of the hotel’s rooftop pool, a serene escape framed by lush greenery and sweeping skyline views.
5.00PM – ARRIVAL
Guests are welcomed to a reception of artisanal canapés and refreshing elixirs beverages. Take this time to settle into the luxury of The Singapore EDITION’s gorgeous pool deck and connect with an intentional community to prepare for the journey ahead.
5.30PM – BREATHWORK
This session helps to ground guests’ nervous systems, open their lungs, to help them arrive fully in their bodies. Realise the power of the breath: to clear mental clutter and reach deeper embodiment – where the consciousness and the body intersects.
6.00PM – ELEMENTAL ECSTATIC DANCE
In early cultures, this form of expression was a way to release the dancer from the egocentric self, undoing self-consciousness and connecting to the absolute. In this secular experience, guests allow the curated rhythms to move them intuitively as they explore the elements of earth, water, fire, air, and ether. It is a safe space for them to express freely, release stored emotions, and experience the pure joy of uninhibited embodied movement in a supportive container. No experience needed, only a willingness to feel.
7:00PM – SUNSET SOUND HEALING GONG BATH BY THE POOL
Along with the setting of the sun, the group descends into a peaceful, deep stillness. As the stars emerge, participants lay back by the soothing water’s edge and let the multi-dimensional frequencies of the gongs wash over. The ensuing sound waves are said to support cellular restoration, integrating the energy of the evening into a state of profound peace.
