Restorative movement and soundbath hosted by Lauren Knight and Mia Kidwell. This guided movement and meditation event will be hosted at Ajja, outside on the lawn. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, a phone to scan a QR code for your donation, and anything that makes you feel comfortable for gentle movement.
