THE INTENTION: Discovering Self-Worth
Do you have a successful career but feel unfulfilled, or drained of your life-force energy? Do you struggle to generate wealth but feel full of life, ideas, and potential? Have you battled with your apperance, co-dependency, people-pleasing, overachieving self-destructive tendencies, or any other form of externalizing your power and value?
To transform any pattern of giving away our power, we must examine our relationship to our PRESENCE. How? By acknowledge our deepest desires.
What brings you to life? What gives you a feeling of "effortless effort"? What helps you stand on your own two feet and say, "I'm That Btch", with zero concern of how others will perceive you?
In this ceremony, we will utilize the plant medicine of cacao and the Shakti-raising power of sensual dance to invoke the COURAGE it takes to live a heart-centered life; to stand in a deep CONFIDENCE that our joy, compassion, and care can provide for us all the support and nourishment we may need in return.
The feminine, co-creative voice has long been silenced in the realms of worth & power. In this ceremony, we will open our HEARTS, unlock our CREATIVE POWER, and tap into the INNATE VALUE value of our being.
THE FLOW
- 一Welcoming Cacao Ceremony with Yanina
Embark On a journey of heart - open connection and awakening as we honor the blessings of the elements and four directions with our Sacred Cacao. You will be served Ceremonial cacao and immersed in the transformative power of breathwork, accompanied by the rhythmic beats of shamanic drums.
- 二 Sensual Dance with Sinéad
With cacao running through your veins, we being to unravel our desires and shed our self-judgment and lack of self-worth through the practice of sensual movement. We will be channeling the energy of pop-star RHIANNA in this powerful, RhiRhi-themed, bad-b*tch flow. You will be guided through somatic movement visualizations inspired by the Gaga Dance language, simple choreographic movements, and moments of free flow. Invite your wild side, your gracefulness, your softness, your sadness, your anger, and your spice - all parts of you are welcome!
- 三 ECSTATIC DANCE
Flow freely into your own intutive movement, or rest, receive, and breath to the rhythm of the music.
- 四 INTEGRATION
Rest in stillness to the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and receive gentle (optional) light touch to soothe you into deep relaxation. Return from rest and share your experience in circle
Throughout our time together, we will honor our inherent SELF-WORTH, the deeper knowing in our hearts, and the effortless generosity that flows TO AND FROM our being when we are in our center - our power. We will remind ourselves what it feels like to fully OWN that power.

About the facilitators:
YANINA
Yanina Chicas serves both as a dedicated Coach and Cacao Facilitator, embarking on a personal journey of transformation towards purpose-driven living. With a deep-seated belief in the untapped strengths and possibilities within each person, she has devoted herself to guiding others on the path to discovering their true purpose and embracing a life of abundance.
SINÉAD
Sinéad Corrigan is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, 700+ RYT Hatha Yoga & Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Universal Healing Tao Qigong Instructor, and dancer. With 15+ years of teaching experience, Sinéad is passionate about “movement as medicine”. Her medical practice, Inner Body Data™, integrates the movement arts with her knowledge and training in Eastern Medicine. With a background of over 20 years of dance and gymnastics training, Sinéad will lead you through a sensual movement practice informed by various forms and styles of dance, including salsa, samba, reggaeton, ballet, heels, and “Gaga” (a somatic movement language developed by famous choreographer Ohad Naharin). Sinéad also teaches heels dance and “sexi dance workout” classes in Raleigh.
