London's newest accessible and inclusive punk rock cabaret party, showcasing the best diverse and underrepresented talent in the scene.
About this Event

Give ’Em The Boot is a DIY punk cabaret party celebrating diverse talent across punk, drag and burlesque while creating accessible and inclusive spaces for artists and audiences.

A brand new DIY punk cabaret party is coming to Signature Brew Haggerston this year, celebrating diverse and underrepresented talent across punk, drag and burlesque.

Give ’Em The Boot brings together bands and performers who are women, people of colour, disabled, queer and/or neurodivergent — artists who are often underrepresented on mainstream line-ups.

Launching during the 50th anniversary of punk, the events celebrate the genre’s radical spirit of inclusion, community and DIY creativity.

Expect a night of loud music, rebellious performance and unapologetic creativity from some of the most exciting emerging voices in the scene.

Access at Give ’Em The Boot

Accessibility is central to the event to help ensure people of all backgrounds feel welcome and safe, with their access needs supported. This is also extremely important to Signature Brew, which is why we have come together to put on these shows.

Measures in place for the events include:

  • British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters
  • Live captions
  • Audio description
  • Additional access measures where possible

If you have an access requirement, please get in touch at with the word ACCESS in the subject line.

The event forms part of an Arts Council England-funded project led by Sandy Dhaliwal that will also launch the Routes Radicals zine and podcast later this year.

More About Signature Brew Haggerston

Signature Brew Haggerston works to ensure the venue remains accessible to everyone.

There is step-free access from the street into the main space. Facing into the venue, the bar is on the left, with a small stage and toilets located at the back. The space is normally filled with tables and chairs, though these may be cleared for certain events.

Over half of the tables are accessible and set at a lower height.

Large-print menus are available and table service can be provided if needed.

Please note that some events may use strobe lighting and haze.

Toilets

There is one accessible toilet (which disabled customers have priority use of) and two cubicles. All toilets are located on the ground floor and are step free.

Signature Brew Haggerston is an LGBTQ+ inclusive venue, and visitors are free to use whichever toilet they feel most comfortable using.

Customers with medical requirements

Signature Brew Haggerston welcomes all visitors who need to bring medicines, food or drink to manage a medical condition.

In case of an emergency, please contact a member of staff or security who will be able to help.
