Growing up is exciting.It can also feel confusing, emotional, and a little overwhelming.
This supportive, age-appropriate workshop helps girls understand:
- what puberty actually is (and what’s normal)
- periods, pelvic health, and body changes
- big feelings and how to talk about them
- acne, skin changes, and hormones (with guidance from our naturopath)
-how to feel confident, informed, and proud of their growing bodies
Caregivers attend alongside their girls and leave with simple tools to keep the conversation going at home.
This isn’t a “talk.”
It’s a calm, empowering space to learn, ask questions, and feel less alone in this stage of growing up.
