We'll be meeting at MARTA on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 5:00 AM (Eastern Time) to kick off our trip to beautiful Hilton Head Island, Coligny Beach Park. Pack your sunscreen, snacks, and good vibes for a chill day full of laughs and adventure. Don't miss out on this awesome getaway—it's all about making memories and enjoying the sun together!

• Leave Atlanta at 5:00 AM. Arrive at Hilton Head Island at approx. 10:00 AM

By registering for and participating in this trip, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions established by Royal Orchid Enterprise, LLC ("Company").

1. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

All reservations must be accompanied by the required deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking.

A reservation is not confirmed until payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued by Royal Orchid Enterprise, LLC.

Prices are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.

1. INCLUDED IN TRIP PRICE

Unless otherwise stated, the trip price includes:

• Round-trip motor coach transportation from Atlanta, Georgia, to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina
• Services of the trip host
• Any specifically listed inclusions on the trip sales page

Any item not specifically listed as included is the responsibility of the passenger.

1. PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITIES

Passengers are responsible for:

• Arriving at the designated departure location on time
• Providing accurate contact information
• Maintaining appropriate conduct throughout the trip
• Following instructions from the motor coach driver and trip host
• Bringing any necessary medications, identification, and personal items

Royal Orchid Enterprise, LLC is not responsible for missed departures due to passenger tardiness.

1. MOTOR COACH TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is provided by an independent motor coach company.

Schedules, departure times, routes, and rest stops may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond the Company's control.

No refunds will be issued for delays caused by factors outside the Company's control.

1. PERSONAL PROPERTY

Passengers are solely responsible for their personal belongings.

Royal Orchid Enterprise, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced luggage, personal items, cash, electronics, jewelry, or purchases.

1. HEALTH AND FITNESS TO TRAVEL

Passengers acknowledge they are physically capable of participating in the trip.

Passengers with medical conditions, mobility concerns, or special accommodations should notify the Company before booking.

The Company cannot guarantee accommodation requests submitted after booking.

1. CONDUCT POLICY

Royal Orchid Enterprise, LLC reserves the right to remove any passenger whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, unsafe, threatening, illegal, intoxicated, or negatively impacts the experience of other passengers.

No refund will be provided to any passenger removed from the trip for misconduct.

1. FORCE MAJEURE

Royal Orchid Enterprise, LLC shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, injuries, losses, or expenses resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Public health emergencies
• Labor disputes
• Transportation disruptions
• Road closures
• Civil unrest
• Acts of terrorism
• Mechanical failures

1. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MARKETING

Participation in the trip grants Royal Orchid Enterprise, LLC permission to use photographs, videos, and recordings taken during the trip for marketing, promotional, advertising, and social media purposes without compensation.

1. LIABILITY WAIVER

All passengers must sign the Company's Passenger Liability Waiver before departure.

Failure to complete required documents may result in cancellation of participation without refund.

1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any disputes arising from participation in this trip shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Georgia.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By submitting payment, the passenger acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation Policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Girls Day Trip: Atlanta to Hilton Head Island
Saturday, July 25, 2026

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Because transportation, vendor commitments, and operational expenses are secured in advance, the following cancellation policy applies to all reservations.

1. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

All payments made toward this trip are non-refundable.

Once payment is received, funds are immediately allocated toward transportation, administrative expenses, vendor commitments, and trip operations.

1. TRANSFER POLICY

If a passenger is unable to attend, they may transfer their reservation to another eligible individual no later than fourteen (14) days prior to departure.

The replacement passenger must:

• Complete all required registration documents
• Sign all required waivers
• Pay any applicable transfer fee

Transfers requested less than fourteen (14) days before departure are not guaranteed.

1. NO-SHOW POLICY

Passengers who fail to arrive at the departure location at the scheduled check-in time will be considered a no-show.

No refunds, credits, or future travel vouchers will be issued for no-shows.

The motor coach will depart as scheduled.

1. LATE ARRIVALS

Passengers arriving after departure will be responsible for their own transportation and expenses if they choose to join the trip independently.

No refunds will be provided.

1. COMPANY CANCELLATION

If Royal Orchid Enterprise, LLC cancels the trip due to insufficient participation, operational issues, or circumstances within its control, passengers will receive either:

• A full refund of monies paid, or
• A future travel credit at the Company's discretion

1. FORCE MAJEURE

If the trip is impacted by events outside the Company's control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events, refunds are not guaranteed.

Royal Orchid Enterprise, LLC may offer:

• Rescheduling options
• Future travel credits
• Alternative arrangements

at its sole discretion.

1. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Passengers are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance when available to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may prevent participation.

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By submitting payment, the passenger acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.
