Expect races, competitions, camaraderie and of course bragging rights forever. Whether you are competing or pulling up for the atmosphere; this is the family day out of the summer.

• 200m Sprint
• 100m Relay (Team of 4)
• 500m Eerg into 400m run
• 250m ski/row into 100m sprint relay (Team of 4)
• 1km Race
• Ski erg/row erg race (500m)
• Burpee broad jump race
• Deadlift most reps in 60 seconds
• Pull ups max reps
• Tug of war
• Wheel barrow race
• Squat hold challenge
• Kid's race

Each event will be men and women separate except the mixed relays and mixed tug of war, single events will have two athletes from each team. Let's go!
