About this Event
For this instalment of Food Behind the Pages, we’re thrilled to be joined by award-winning chef Georgina Hayden in our Food & Drink Studio at our Piccadilly home. There, she’ll be serving up dishes from her brand new book MEDesque: Everyday Recipes with Mediterranean Roots.
Georgina is a food writer, cook and presenter from North London who has won multiple awards, including a Fortnum & Mason Food and Drink Award, and she has made regular appearances on shows such as BBC One’s Saturday Kitchen as well as Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch.
In MEDesque, Georgina finds the very best recipes from across the Mediterranean and adapts them to suit the home cook. Incorporating the modern twists and tricks that made Greekish such a fan favorite, MEDesque is full of dreamy recipes from Spain and Egypt to the Baltics and Italy. They’re delicious, feel-good, and as sunny and refreshing as the Mediterranean itself.

Key Information
Books will be available to purchase on the evening and will be signed by the author with a personalised message (unable to allow books purchased outside of Fortnum and Mason).
Please arrive from 6.30pm for a 6.50pm start.
Seating will be communal and pre-allocated.
