George McAuliffe and Mort Burke are sharing an hour! Both veterans of the Chicago comedy scene, they are beyond excited to make the rare return home with a killer hour of comedy. They’ve been working on this new material for months & are excited to share it with you all! Mort is doing stand up & George will be doing funny/dark/sweet music?? Please join us for this special evening!
Mort Burke is a comedian, writer and actor. His TV credits include Drunk History, Workaholics, The Mindy Project, Mythic Quest and With Bob and David. He released his first standup special and album, Spiritually Filthy, last year with 800 LB Gorilla. He has performed everywhere from festivals to dive bars. He recently gave up candy because he is a living saint.
George is a writer, musician & actor. His tv & film credits include PEN15 & Let’s Start A Cult with Stavros Halkias. George is currently developing a TV show with Judd Apatow but would have to K*ll you if he gave more details. He may or may not have CTE from division 3 football. Unfortunately you can’t test until after death so let’s just call him a tortured artist for now.
