Hi and welcome!!
On Sunday, October 5, from 6:30 to 8pm, indulge in 45 minutes of Gentle Yoga and a 45 minute Sound Bath. Starting with grounding and breathwork, then easing into a gentle practice you will find your way back home to the body.
After gently moving the body, enjoy an immersive listening experience to soothe and relax your mind, body and soul. You might have been to sound baths before, but more than a sound bath, Jenn's event a full immersion sound symphony you do not want to miss.
This full-body experience uses different sounds and frequencies to invite deep relaxation and rest. With the use of Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, sea and wave drums, monochord, harmonium and voice, Jennifer invites you to go within and find a deeper sense of calm.

About Jenn:
First finding yoga over 20 years ago as a great form of physical exercise, Jenn quickly realized that the body isn't the only thing involved when doing yoga. Now with a strong meditation practice and a desire to serve her community, she has embarked on a journey to delve deeper into yoga philosophy and the tools yoga offers to apply on and off the mat.
