Autumn is the perfect time of year for this Acupuncture Treatment & Sound Bath focused on supporting the Lungs & Large Intestine. The Metal Element Season is here. Now is the time of letting go of that which no longer serves us and strengthening our immune system. In keeping with the natural rhythm of the Autumn Season, we mirror the graceful, slow, and unhurried movement of the leaves. This focus can bring emotional balance through processed emotions, encouragement of healthy digestion, improvement of circulation; and an easing into the seasonal transition of Autumn. Feel the gentle harmonizing of the Metal energy with Autumn Acupuncture, Sound Bath & gentle Movement. The lung & large intestines meridians will be activated to support the body’s Qi for the Autumn Season by rebalancing energy and facilitating a smoother transition from the high energy of summer to the more introspective nature of fall.
