About this Event
Could there be a better dessert than creamy rich chocolate and cheese paired with delicious tea?
We will start the class with the tea basics so that you understand the differences between white, green, oolong, black, Pu-erh teas, herbal teas/tisane and Rooibos. Thereafter, we will jump into blending and tasting a variety of teas and herbal teas (tisanes) so you can determine which one's appeal to your senses for creating your own tea drink.
Once you've created your personalized tea blend, you'll sample a variety of chocolates and cheeses to determine the best pairing for your tea blend.
At the end, you'll take home with a pouch of your personalized tea blend and the paired chocolate. Class size is up to eight people.
Workshop Duration is 2.0 hours.
