Come join Survivors RISE for a healing session of Yin Yoga tailored for survivors of sexual violence. Please always feel free to bring a supportive friend or loved one along with you.

This event offers a safe and supportive space to reconnect with your body and mind through gentle, restorative poses. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is open to all levels. Let's come together to cultivate peace, strength, and resilience. Seasoned facilitator Katherine will be guiding this session. No judgment, just healing vibes. See you on the mat!

While we have some mats available, we do recommend bringing your own mat, blanket, and comfort pillow, as well as a water bottle and anything else that will help you relax during this time. Please email any questions to [email protected]
