Gentle Morning Yoga at City Park

Join me for a gentle and rejuvenating morning yoga session at City Park in Denver, CO. This in-person event is perfect for anyone looking to start their day with some light exercise and meditation.

This class will be offered every Sunday in in May, July, August. (no classes in June).

Suggested Donation is $5 - $10, pay what you can. Refreshments/Water proivided.

Please bring your own mat or towel. Excited to see you there!

Class is located at 2001 Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO 80205

Park for free in the Museum Parking Lot. Walk from parking lot to the West side of the Museum Building. Class is located West of the museum and East of the lake. I will have a Ying Yang flag by the tree where we will be practicing. (passed the water fountains)

Exit 1-70 East to Colorado Blvd.

Head South on Colorado Blvd to 22nd.

Make a right on 22nd.

Head into The Denver Museum of Nature & Science parking lot.
